Parts & Pricing Policies
All pricing is subject to change without notice. From time to time pricing fluctuates faster than manufacturers send data to us. Although we attempt to have the most accurate data on line, some manufacturers are not computerized enough to provide real time pricing or pricing in a timely fashion. Media coverage of specific events, national emergencies, and weather events can cause fluctuations in pricing. Manufacturers reserve the right to change pricing without notice and we are often notified of a price change only when we place an order. Should that occur, we will contact you with an adjusted price and request confirmation if you wish to continue with the purchase. Unfortunately we are forced into this position due to manufactures slow ability to publish pricing data and provide timely electronic updates. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies in our pricing on line. From time to time we receive errant data, which shows as zero price for a part, ability to order a discontinued part, or the like; when we discover an error your order will be placed on hold. We will contact you with corrected information. If you elect to not accept the pricing change or part change, we will refund your order. Manufacturers make part replacements and substitutions on a fluid basis. When we learn of these changes we will allow you an option to accept the change. The change may include changes in pricing.
Backorders
Due to extensive inventory levels at our main facility or national warehouse distribution points, we rarely experience a backorder situations. Should you place an order for an item currently out of stock, you will be notified immediately either via telephone or e-mail of the situation and presented with further options for your review. Part orders are held for complete shipments. We stock thousands of commonly ordered parts; however, at this moment our systems tracks over 450,000 parts from a dozen manufacturers and suppliers, and are at the mercy of their ability to ship replacement parts. Older parts may be shown as available on line and may not be available to ship, replaced by a new item, or have been recently discontinued. If a manufacturer obsoletes a part you will be notified immediately of options available. If a part has a new replacement option which changes the pricing of the part, you will be notified of the options available.
All of our products carry a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to all manufacturers warranties. Part orders have restrictions to this policy, please review our part return policies for more details. Should any item you've purchased not completely satisfy you, you may return the item for a complete refund within 15 days of purchase. Should you receive a damaged or inoperable item, we will promptly send out a replacement while we arrange to have the item returned to us. Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and further shipping instructions. Please note that for undamaged items, shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs to return the items to us. Returned items must be returned in original packaging with all pieces. Returns not sent in original packaging may not receive credit. Returns of chemical are subject to inspection and testing. Returns of floor finish are not accepted unless in sealed 5 gallon pails and returned via a heated trucking line in the winter months. Please see Return Policy for full terms and conditions.
Michco.com and FloorMachineParts.com are not responsible for the reshipment or refund of any order that shows signed for upon delivery or where carrier designates as delivered. Missing orders will be audited by the freight carrier using GPS information at time of delivery. Please inspect all packages at time of delivery to check for any obvious signs of damage. Part orders are photographed at shipping time; parts shown in photographs are considered tendered upon signed receipt or considered delivered by the carrier. Please be sure to search all packaging materials for all parts. Many small parts have been known to disappear with packaging materials.
Late Payment & Returned Checks Policy
For those accounts which qualify for net terms, any payment received at Michco after the 30th day from date of invoice will be charged interest at a daily rate of 18% on the total of any outstanding amounts and will be charged on a separate invoice payable immediately. Any disputed item or charges must be notified in writing within 15 days of the date of invoice. Payments must be made payable to Michco Inc and sent to 2011 N. High St, Lansing, Mi, 48906. Checks returned NSF will be charged a $35.00 per event fee. Failure to pay will result in the collection being referred to a collection service and you agree to pay all fees associated with the collection process including reasonable attorney fees.
International Payment Methods
All international orders if accepted will be charged a 5% credit card processing fee on the total price of the order including shipping. This fee is charged directly against the transaction by your bank for processing an international transaction, we are sorry for this inconvenience. ALL INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS REQUIRE WRITTEN VERIFICATION & AUTHORIZATION OF THE TRANSACTION. We accept the following convenient forms of payment:

- Prepayment via certified check or business check. Business checks will be held for 14 days before product will be released for shipping. No international, personal checks, or checks drawn on foreign banks.
