In order to check the status of your order, please to log into your account with your password created when you registered with us.  If you checked out without creating an account with a password, you cannot retrieve your order status on the web.  Our security protocol requires a password associated with your account in order to show details regarding your order.  In this case, please call our offices, or email us using the account associated with the order.  Please include the order number with your request.
