In order to read manuals you will need the MOST CURRENT version of Adobe's PDF viewer. Some manuals will ONLY open in recent versions. If your PDF does not open, please update the viewer located at the Adobe home page.
There are 2 options to locate parts and manuals for your machine
Option 1- Use the search box and provide the most relevant information about your machine. IE a model number, model name, etc. Entering "Betco" is not a good choice since it will provide too much information. Be specific like "Watchmen 20", or "KA200E". A results page will be displayed. Select your machine from the listing.
Option 2- Use the categories listing from the left. Select "Equipment Parts & Manuals" and walk the of choices in the main window. As you narrow your choices by manufacturer, then machine type, and finally model you will eventually find what you are looking for.
After you locate you machine you will be presented with all the information we know about the machine. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK SERIAL NUMBER AND REVISION INFORMATION, many machines have multiple manuals based on serial number ranges, etc.
If we have any manuals for the machine they will always be listed as the first few choices. To get the manual, add the manual to your shopping cart. They are no charge and no credit card information will be asked for. You will have to create a valid account to store your manuals in your library. We allow manuals to be stored in orders and retrieved later for your convince. When you checkout with your free order, an email will be sent within seconds that includes a link to your library and the manual stored there. Save the email, your manual will be available for at least 6 months, just re-open the email, and click on the link to get your manual instantly again. When you click on the email link, the PDF will be sent and the viewer will be immediately launched in a new window.
How do I order parts?
After you locate the parts in the diagrams return to the page, listed below the manuals are all available part information. The parts are listed exactly as shown in the manuals by page number, reference number, and quantity required. Notes from the manuals may also be listed there. We even duplicate errors as presented in the manuals to make them as exact as possible. Corrections to the errors will be listed with notes, replacement part numbers information will also be listed. If a part has been discontinued we will not have information listed about that part and you will not be able to order the part.
We have many pictures of parts shown. You may click on many of them for a larger more detailed view in a pop-up window.
To order the part, fill in the quantity needed and select "order". The screen will return to the same location, but notice the updated items in shopping cart at the top right of the screen has been changed.
When you are done adding all the parts you want, click the shipping cart icon in the upper right and start the checkout process by reviewing your purchase.
I can't find the manual I need?
Please give us a call or email. Please include the make, model, serial number and we will see if we can provide the manual. We do not cover all makes and models. We also do not put on-line older manual detailed parts information. You can order parts for machines not listed by calling customer support, or key in the part number into the search box. We suggest calling, many of the older part numbers require special prefixes to find them, and it is complicated to list all that information here.
