This Scrub & Recoat Cleaner is a biodegradable, non-toxic, environmentally responsible floor cleaner specifically designed to for the interim maintenance procedure of scrubbing and recoating without the use of harmful chemicals such as: phosphates (promote algae blooms), EDTA (cacinogen), and NPE (harmful biodegradable intermediate).
This is the ideal product for any type of floor maintenance program to help extend the time between restorative stripping procedures, saving time and labor. When used as directed this cleaner aggressively removes embedded soils and scuffs in the top layers of floor finish, and prepares the surface for re-coating with minimal rinsing required. This low
foam formula leaves a clean, film free surface making it ideal for use in a floor scrubber. Cleaner can also be used to remove the factory seal coating of newly installed VCT and is also compatible with any green or traditional floor care program. This product no VOCs and is formulated with a pleasant citrus fragrance. Substainable Certified.
DIRECTIONS: Dilute cleaner 4oz per gallon of water, apply solution using a mop or auto scrubber, allow product to dwell for 1-4 minutes. Agitate using a blue or green pad. Remove solution from floor, and rinse with clean water. Allow floor to dry completely prior to re-coating. Packaged 2-2.5 gallon containers per case.
